well well well - still UTF-8 issues - 🤐

Let's see if this fixes em!

Found a couple of issues with my code; mainly:

* Spellcheck really messed up the overlay

* The json.dumps doesn't use UTF-8 😬

Also ChatGPT doesn't vibe a good solution AT ALL (and I'm outta Claude minutes ATM..🫠

Know an easy UTF-8 solution but more to do on the UI/UX - So yea! work to do! 😂

Wanting to test if my new GUI will format stuff for use with the eYap blog...

If this test works HOPEFULLY it'll get me inspired to do more blogging and blurbing! 🫠
